I started this business in 2003 after attending the King Arthur School of Baking with fellow Pastry Chef and friend, Teresa Singer. It was she who actually talked me into doing it. Teresa retired after 2 years to travel with her husband. She remains like a sister to me.
Why have I chosen this path? I am really old fashioned - so I love the tradition of baking. I love the creativity involved and the aspect of providing a healthy, delicious choice for people, similar to what was made daily in the old times. –As an added bonus, I enjoy helping people with food allergies get something they can eat too!
